Here are a few tips from the team to keep your garment in perfect condition:

1. Never iron or use an ironer before the first wash.
2. always wash the product before using it for the first time.
3. Machine wash at 30° max, inside out.
4. We recommend gentle ironing inside out on the embroidery.
5. Do not tumble dry or bleach our beautiful products!

Sweaters cut large and fray .... But pretty

I was afraid to order because of all the negative reviews, even though the brand seemed reliable on the networks.
Ordered 2 sweaters with personalized embroidery. Shipping time not respected, but the customer service was extremely reactive and a completely satisfactory solution was proposed and respected. Well done! The sweaters are superb and of high quality. I haven't found any other site with this customization option.
You get the impression that the brand is a bit of a victim of its own success, so yes, you have to be patient about shipping, but they're very responsive if you write to them. From my own experience, I'd like to reassure you about the reliability of the site and the quality of the products. I took 1 size larger than my usual size.
