Here are a few tips from the team to keep your garment in perfect condition:

1. Never iron or use an ironer before the first wash.
2. always wash the product before using it for the first time.
3. Machine wash at 30° max, inside out.
4. We recommend gentle ironing inside out on the embroidery.
5. Do not tumble dry or bleach our beautiful products!

You will be able to follow the different stages of the delivery thanks to the tracking number that will be sent in the email confirming shipment of your order. 

Non-embroidered or printed products are dispatched within 24 hours.

Embroidered products are dispatched within 7 working days.

Please note that if your order includes both embroidered and printed products, it will be shipped in several shipments.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All embroidered products cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

Printed and/or non-embroidered products are refundable.
Returns are made within 14 days at the customer's expense.
Products must be in their original packaging. Failing this, we will not issue a refund.
