EXPEDITIONS DURING THE SUMMER:
Free delivery on orders over €120 in France only.
All orders placed after July 7th for personalized products will be shipped at the beginning of September.
Non-embroidered products will always be shipped within 48H/ 72H.
ATTENTION: Returns after August 1 will be processed at the beginning of September.
You will be able to follow the different stages of the delivery thanks to the tracking number that will be sent in the email confirming shipment of your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All embroidered products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Printed and/or non-embroidered products are refundable.
Returns are made within 14 days at the customer's expense.
Products must be in their original packaging. Failing this, we will not issue a refund.
