AT ANY TIME ELG PARIS MAY HAVE TO MODIFY SOME OF THESE PROVISIONS. THESE MODIFICATIONS TAKE EFFECT AS SOON AS THEY ARE POSTED ONLINE AND WILL BE APPLIED TO ORDERS COMMITTED AFTER THIS POSTING ONLINE. ELG PARIS CONSIDERS THAT BY VALIDATING THEIR ORDER, THE INTERNET USER HAS DULY ACKNOWLEDGED THE CONDITIONS AND ACCEPT THEM WITHOUT RESERVE.

PRODUCTS AND COMPLIANCE

PERSONALIZATION

It is up to the Internet user to faithfully fill in the chosen text and to check when ordering the certainty of the elements to be embroidered.
ELG PARIS will embroider the text on the products as they appear exactly on the order form.

Any personalized item will not be returned or refunded.

Any order error which is the fault of the customer will not be taken back or exchanged.

If at the time of ordering, the customer forgot to specify a personalization, or the personalization of the order takes too long, it is up to the customer to come back to us to indicate any changes.

PRICE

PAYMENT

DELIVERY TERMS

ELG PARIS delivers its products in France and Europe. The order preparation time is 48 hours and the delivery time is approximately 5 working days (unless otherwise indicated on the site). The risks of mail theft are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products have left the ELG PARIS premises.

The delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. In order for these deadlines to be respected, the Internet user must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address. ELG PARIS cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delivery delay not due to its fault.

If the delivery time is abnormally long (maximum time 10 days following shipment of the package), the Internet user must notify ELG PARIS customer service at bonjour@23maiparis.com afin as soon as possible so that an investigation can be opened with of the carrier and take action in the event of loss of the package. We must follow the procedure of our carrier GLS in order to subsequently be able to reimburse you or return your order. The maximum duration of the procedure is 45 days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The Internet user must keep proof of delivery of the package which will be given to them by the Post Office until the order is reimbursed. In the event of loss of the package, no refund will be made.
