DELIVERY METHOD & PRICE
Free delivery from 120€ purchase in France only.

The manufacturing time for embroidered products is approximately 7 working days.
Non-embroidered products are shipped within 48 working hours.  
You will be able to follow the different stages of delivery using the tracking number which will be sent in the shipment confirmation email of your order. 

STANDARD DELIVERY
DPD carrier
From €5.80 to €7.47 depending on the weight of your purchases.

DELIVERY BY COURIER
Available for Paris intramuros only.
Single price of €9.
We will contact you by telephone when your order is ready to arrange an appointment with our courier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All embroidered products cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

Printed and/or non-embroidered products are refundable.
Returns are made within 14 days at the customer's expense.
The products must be in their original packaging. Otherwise, we will not issue a refund. 
Due to our internal policies we do not do exchanges.
